The hiring range for this position is from $43.902/hourly - $50.498/hourly.Temporary position until June 30, 2025, approximately.This position provides design, coding, testing and integration for existing and new technologies and related database administration support.Key accountabilities include:•Analyzes and supports existing customized applications and databases; •Designs, develops, tests, and debugs SQL programming;•Develops, supports and maintains systems interfaces and integration;•Creates and supports customized reporting including consolidation and normalization of disparate data sources; •Prepares technical documentation.

•Post-secondary degree or diploma in information technology; •Minimum of seven years of previous experience in a technology portfolio supporting SQL database design and administration; •Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a variety of users to provide sound technical advice and support, and with vendors for finding system solutions;•Ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a project team;•Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database management using Microsoft SQL Server;•Proven experience with ETL Development working with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and transformation;•Experience with data modelling and database design;•Ability to create and document a conceptual and detailed design and write code based on a conceptual description of the business logic;•Ability to write and maintain technical documentation including but not limited to: describing application development, coding, testing process and testing records, change controls, and support documentation;•Experienced with managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.As a pre-condition of employment, all new EORLA employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Criminal Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.*Mandatory Vaccination Policy*Per EORLA's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, if you are successful in the selection process, an offer of employment is conditional upon presentation of government issued documentation confirming that you have been fully vaccinated with a vaccine that has been approved in Canada. •Experience and knowledge of HL7 and FHIR integration;•Experience with Microsoft Azure Health Data Services.
